William J. Cunningham, P.E.

As the Principal-in-Charge of all stormwater management projects in the Midwest. Bill is one of the Larkin Principals that has spent his entire career helping to shape the future for Larkin Group, Inc.  Recognized as an expert in stormwater hydrology and hydraulics, he has devoted his career to helping communities in the Kansas City metro area develop stormwater management plans and solve stormwater problems - sometimes over a period of more than a decade.

Anthony P. O'Malley, P.E.

An expert on both municipal and rural drinking water issues, Tony is another Principal who has spent his entire career at Larkin. His expertise with all types of water systems helps clients comply with ever-changing regulatory requirements. As Principal-in-Charge of all drinking water projects in the Midwest, Tony takes a hands-on approach to such challenges as feasibility and rate studies, computer models, financial analysis and capital improvement planning. He is also actively involved in the evaluation, design and construction administration for water supply facilities, storage tanks, treatment plants, pumping facilities and water mains.

M. Clark Thompson, P.E., B.C.E.E.

In addition to his responsibilities as the Principal of Larkin Group, Inc., Clark is a key technical resource for engineers and designers throughout the firm. Having devoted his entire career to wastewater and drinking water engineering at Larkin, Clark is a recognized expert on treatment facility planning and design, collection and distribution system planning and design, rate studies and project financing. In addition, Clark has developed specialized expertise in phosphorus removal from wastewater and industrial waste treatment. As Principal-in-Charge of all the firm's wastewater projects, Clark plays a key role in building customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.
